My inspiration comes from all over the place. Music, art, people, food, movies, television shows, music videos; basically anything can be a form of inspiration for me.
I am an extremely visual person. I remember situations as snapshots in time, with an almost pristinely clear picture of surroundings and details in color.
I find myself drawn to people and their motivations in life. I am interested in the psychological and sociological implications of the day to day as well as people's personal drives and desires. Every person has their own unique background which distinctly alters how they view the world around them.
Music has always been a very strong element in my life. I am a musician and a dancer. During high school I was active in musical theatre both in school and throughout my community. This has no doubt had a strong impact on my creativity. I hear a song and I see choreography and all kinds of visuals in my head. I watch a dance and feel the strongest creative stimulus. I want to make something, create anything to represent the feeling that I get from a performance. In a way, I perform in my artwork.
